Hi Scott, Unfortunately you can only import one video into Logic at a time. You can your track for each section in the video and group these into a track stack. then if the video changes. You can import the new video in, and then move the track stack to get it to sync with the new video.

If you want to change the view of the EQ to sliders you can change it from Editor view to Control view. Though the sliders are horizontal no vertical. Hope this helps. Exciters work great on hats.Try the exciter plug-in in Logic. It works quite well on making the hats cut through the mix, also the exciter setting on iZotope's Ozone is great as well.

Do you have any other versions of Logic installed on your system. I can give you advice on what files/folders to remove but it is all dependent on what versions of Logic you have installed.

What is Logic Express doing that is not right? Uninstalling is a drastic measure. If you give some more details on is not going right we can give you some steps to try before reinstalling.
