Rounik, is it possible for me to contact Matthew Loel Hepworth to ask a question re: Cubase 6 in Lion OS X. It appears that Cubase locks up when exiting the program especially after I use Loop Mash 2 and the Media Bay sounds and feature. Maybe he can give me more direction. Thanks.

Go into the MIDI DEVICE Manager and make sure you have setup your MIDI DEVICE (NAME OF INSTRUMENT). Make sure your MIDI device setup shows your MIDI IN/OUT connections. Devices > Device Setup > MIDI PORT SETUP > APPLY. If your MIDI INSTRUMENTS are not logged in the MIDI PORT SETUP log, Make sure you have your MIDI CABLES placed in the correct MIDI PORTS i.e., IN and OUT. In addition, download the latest drivers for your MIDI connector. Above all: Make sure you have your MIDI INSTRUMENT turned on. :0)

QUESTION: In using my standard MIDI Keyboard does the MIDI NOTE EXPRESSION feature work on a standard MIDI note or does it only work under VST notes?

Wow! A Wavelab app. That should be interesting. I too am a Wavelab user. I am also wondering what would be the benefit of a WL app. Since you no doubt could not apply it to Cubase or any DAW out of its environment. Help me here please. 👊😊

My upgrade to Cubase 7 is becoming to be a disappointed. I like and enjoy the program, but it's crashing at exit. Cubase 6.0 and 6.5 were excellent, as far as performance and not crashing. Is anyone else having issues? Do you know of a fix? Thank you.

I don't believe the Cubase 7.5 Tutorials deal with Tempo Change as it relates to [b]"e'lastique"[/b] in the Pool section. I've seen Greg Undo perform this task on YOU TUBE and Steinberg's instructor perform the task when he introduced Cubase 7.5, but the Ask Video's and Matthew L. Hepworth do not touch the subject as it relates to highlighting the tracks in the [b]Pool[/b] and changing the the tempo. When I attempt the process of Tempo Change after recording a song, the [i]Transients do not stay in place.[/i] They are all scattered out of tempo/time. Yes, I checked each track to play in the Musical Mode. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance as I have been stuck on this procedure for a while.

Thanks Matthew, I trust you understand my dilemma. It's really not a big thing. I realize the proper method would be to get the tempo right from the start and there would be know need to change the tempo, but the other hand, it would be nice change the tempo in this method. Hello Rounik, this is Cubase5 from the Cubase forum. I own Photo Shop Elements and Aperture 3. I am attempting to upload a photo as an Avatar. The site requires 80x80. I can reduce the photo, but the surrounding boarders remain as if not able to reduce. What can I do to remove the photo from its area in order to use the photo.

Rounik, I followed your steps to the T. Now the forum prompt informs me that the photo can not be more than 8192 bytes. What do I do to correct this issue. Thanks in advance.
