missing tutorials 1-9

I've tried all the forum suggestions on how to retreive my missing tutorials - clicking update, relaunching NED, etc. - but nothing works. They're still not there. Any suggestions? I'm new to Logic so those first nine are essential!

This is not just a PC problem. I have a Mac and I'm having the same trouble. As I wrote in my previous post, I've tried all the trouble-shooting tips on both the NED help list and those suggested here in the forums, but nothing works. I guess I'll wait 'til Monday when tech support gets back from the weekend.
