Btw... when I do hit the space bar to play the track... the flashing "R" icon button turns into a flashing "P" - not in the arrange window but the window to the immediate left.. where it shows the selected track and the main output level track... wait; ok weird I just noticed that one of my software instruments was record enabled... but of course it is ...they are when you select them... so i selected a blank track hit the space bar and now I can hear my guitar while the track plays... when I have my actual guitar track that i want to record selected the audio for my guitar is gone... I haven't tried 64 bit yet Jeff

Hello I share a folder with a friend on dropbox, a file sharing website. When we open the song file on each others computers our 3rd party plug-in settings reset to zero, even though we saved the settings within the project. Is there a save project setting that I need to change? Jeff

I saved a 3rd party pluggin setting in Logic and it assigned the file as "blankblank.aupreset", however it had the file type set as "FinalCut Pro XML File" is that normal? btw I don't have Final Cut Pro...
