Hi JD, I guess this has nothing to do with Logic Ex (does it work playing songs in Itunes?). You could check your speakers connection (try exchanging cables), right speaker itself (are they active or passive?) or even M-Audio 410 output. I also have this interface and you can use different outputs to figure out what problem you have. You could use outputs 3-4, for instance. Don't forget to assign 3-4 output in Logic channel strip. Check out your panning in Logic also. Good luck!

Hi JD I don't understand how you get your right channel working without plugging in output 2 from M-Audio 410. Do the Logitech speakers work with a mini stereo jack? I would try connecting it straight to one of the headphone outputs. Have you tried before? Make sure you get signal assigned in the Firewire 410 audio interface control panel. Greetings.

And I also put it working as a menu, option possible when you double click on the Cable Switcher and check the box Behave as Menu, as you know. I prepared six different arpeggios and, doing so, I don't have to run through all options if I just want to go back one step, is that clear for you? My question is: how to make my sustain pedal hold the arpegio chord? It would be possible to make smooth arpegio harmony changes. Thanks a lot! macnando

Hi guitar trance, You can select on the View (Arrange window) menu, Track Record Buttons, and you will see them on your audio tracks. You can save this option with your autoload song. You cannot see them on instrument tracks or any other track that record midi data because they do it automatically, you just have to select an inst. track and click on record (transport window) and play your controller. Notice that Martin works in Logic Pro on Logic 101 tutorial and it's more complete then Express. Hope it works!

It seems that (differently from Pro) last version of LogicExpress has no record buttons on inst and GM tracks. As you said, those tracks are record enabled by default since they don't provoke any feedback issues. Read below what I cut from the Reference manual: "Recording Selecting a Track To select the desired recording track, simply click on it. Only one MIDI track can be record enabled in Logic Express, which may be on another folder level. During recording, incoming events are stored in a Region on the selected track. Note: Audio tracks must be record enabled, and a recording path (a hard disk drive) defined before audio files can be recorded. " Greetings. macnando
