Brilliant. Very well explained. Reaktor is fascinating and a good first step in developing your own plugins. Left me wanting to know much more.
Although this turorial was very informative and benificial, i cant help but notice there is a lack of basic instruction given. i would not recommend this unless you have some experience with Reaktor.
Great starter for building in Reaktor! Would love it if MPV did a more advanced series on Reaktor. Thanks.
I didn't know how to get to the modules/macros/core macros screen he was using in this video tutorial. i didn't see how he accessed those file in Reaktor. ; (
Very detailed and focused videos. Reaktor is a very complex ambient and this course will surely help me to cover a lot of ground. Thanks!
This is the course I've been hoping for - digging into developing instruments in Reaktor. Great example of building a multi-osc synth with filter and env from the ground up. Awesome.
This tutorial showed me the incredible potential of Reaktor. I hope there will be an advanced tutorial for Reaktor Core Technology soon. Big thanks to Brian and his ability to bring this product to the public.
Excellent tutorial, deep and complete, it should be included with reaktor ! thanks
Outstanding tutorial !! standing ovation to Brian Cass. I hope much more to come.
Excellent tutorial, I hope there will be an advanced follow up to it.
Fantastic review Brian, thank you!
thought this was really good ...a nice pace and some good examples ...great job ... i'd love to see a further more in depth tutorial ..
Fantastic tutorial of a product that to me previously had been a bit of an enigma. Now I am looking forward to digging in and building my own synthesizers. Brian does a wonderful job of making a complex topic manageable. His lessons are concise and he is vastly knowledgeable on the subject. I'm really hoping he does additional tutorials on Reaktor. I'd love to see a more advanced synth created with a sequencer or arpeggiator.
Whoa! Reaktor is mind-blowing, and Brian Cass's instruction is superb. I had no idea what Reaktor really was until this training, but Brian almost casually introduces Reaktor step-by-step. Brian's ability to make Reaktor seem simple and straightforward is amazing. Reaktor is really a visual programming interface to create your own synthesizer instruments. Doesn't sound so easy to learn, right? Brian never mentions how challenging it is. He just shows you how to do it, one example at a time. Along the way, Brian mentions and shows key tidbits, tricks, and examples of how to make Reaktor replicate familiar instruments and controls, e.g., oscillators and switches. Along the way, he demonstrates how to keep your creations organized as well, and alludes to organizing principles for bigger, more complex instruments and rigs as well. I have a feeling that, despite his excellent advice throughout, putting Reaktor to use will be harder to do than he makes it look. So lots of review will likely be in order. On the other hand, his training provides an invaluable getting started perspective on Reaktor, its capabilities, common constructions and idioms, and managing complexity, so that the review is really a matter of practicing what he preaches until it becomes ingrained. Brian's training is a huge leg up. By the end, it's obvious that Brian has only scratched the surface of what he knows NI Reaktor can do (especially since he used to work for Native Instruments (NI)). I would definitely look forward to a sequel by Brian to this training. Bravo.
A fantastic introduction to working with Reaktor. Clear and concise. Really looking forward to more in-depth explorations; there's enough in Reaktor to keep MPV busy for a lifetime!
Brian Cass's "Reaktor: Revealed" tutorial has enabled me to dust off Reaktor which has been lying dormant on my computer for quite a while now. Brian's hands on approach has efficiently opened the door to learning Reaktor. His precise informative style keeps the tutorial ticking along at an interesting level. I found building the MPV Synth alongside him helped me learn enough about Reaktor to pique my interest in doing more with it. Highly recommended for anyone interested in Reaktor.
FINALLY! :-) This tutorial is just awesome and has been desperately needed for years. Reaktor probably is the most underestimated and less used NI software because nobody could use it. This tutorial is a gread insight to that complex software. hopefully we are going to hear more from the ni reaktor! Thanks MPV!
Excellent, really want to see more, taking us right to core level. Anyone interested in exploiting Reaktors potential should start here.
This tutorial series is awesome... exactly what I need to fill in the gaps that I have to get started in Reaktor. Thanks so much for responding to the requests for this tutorial series. Thanks again!
